In Ulriksdal Palace Park in Solna, just outside Stockholm, you find Confidencen. This is Sweden’s oldest rococo theatre. The theatre dates back to 1753. On its stage King Gustavus III and Carl Michael Bellman performed in the late 1700s, as have most of the greatest Swedish singers and dancers of today.

Dellert made her opera debut at Stora teatern (the old Gothenburg Opera stage) in Gothenburg in the 1950s.. Dellert was the Director of the Ulriksdal Palace Theatre Confidencen. Founded in 2011 by Hugo Ticciati, Festival O/MODERNT is dedicated to the discovery of vital artistic connections between old and new. The festival’s home is Confidencen, a rococo theatre belonging to the Royal Palace of Ulriksdal, on the outskirts of Stockholm, that was built in 1670 as a riding school and transformed into a theatre in 1753.

Ulriksdal Palace Theatre, Confidencen, is the oldest Rococo theatre in Sweden. The house was built as a riding school in 1670. It was rebuilt by Carl Fredric Adelcrantz in 1753 as a court theatre for King Adolf Fredric and Queen Lovisa Ulrica. The theatre wasn't used after Gustaf III's assassination in 1792.
