Wim Vanhaverbeke is an Associate Professor at the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands. Joel West is an Associate Professor of Technology Management at the College of Business at San Jose State University. Henry Chesbrough is an adjunct professor at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. He serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Open Innovation-- which 2021-02-12 Professor Chesbrough coined the term ‘open innovation’ and developed the concept in his 2003 book, ‘Open Innovation: The New Imperative for Creating and Profiting from Technology’.
